Before founding Red13 Studios, I spent years supporting regional marketing, operations, client success, and commercial teams across the Middle East within a global enterprise software environment.
My background extends beyond marketing. I’ve worked closely with sales, account management, project delivery, customer onboarding, licensing, billing, and client support - which gives me a practical understanding of how businesses actually operate beyond the marketing department.
I’ve managed regional events, executive engagement programs, webinars, customer communications, business processes, and cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments and countries. I’ve always been drawn to understanding how the entire business works together.
What makes me different is that I don’t just look at marketing. I look at the full customer journey - from the first conversation to onboarding, delivery, retention, and growth. The best results happen when marketing, operations, sales, and customer experience work as one system.
